1. Who we are
Bilgs Studio is an independent UK maker of handmade 3D printed goods. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions before ordering, please email hello@bilgsstudio.com.
2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case we will issue a full refund.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments. Custom orders are quoted individually; quotes are valid for 14 days. Production does not start until cleared payment has been received.
4. Made-to-order, lead times and personalisation
All items are made by hand to order. Standard lead time is 4–7 working days plus shipping; custom orders typically take 7–14 days from approval. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Personalisation details (text, files, colour, size) are produced exactly as submitted — please review your input carefully before checkout.
5. Variations
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, finish and dimensions are normal and form part of the character of the product.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, photography, copy and branding on this site are © Bilgs Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission. By uploading a file (photo, GPX, sketch) to us, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive licence to use the file solely to fulfil your order. We do not claim ownership of files you upload, and we will not use them for marketing without your written consent.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Bilgs Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
