Bilgs Studio is a one-person UK-based 3D printing maker brand. It started in a corner of a small workshop with a single printer and an idea: that 3D printing didn't have to mean cheap plastic trinkets — it could mean objects with weight, intention, and meaning.
Today, every Route Artifact, every Pet Portrait, every Sign that leaves the studio is printed, finished, and packed by one pair of hands. Nothing is mass produced. Nothing sits on a shelf. Each piece is made for the person who ordered it.
That's the trade-off, and it's an intentional one. You wait a few days. You get something that's actually yours.

The Machine
Bambu Lab. Premium PLA. Hand-finished.
Every Bilgs Studio piece is printed on a Bambu Lab printer using premium PLA filament — chosen for its colour fidelity, surface finish, and durability.
After printing, every piece is hand-finished — sanded, cleaned, and assembled. We've found that's the difference between a 3D print and an object you'd actually want to keep.
